Your own people, able to build it

I work alongside the people you already employ whilst they build something real with AI, so what you are left with is a team who can do it again without me.

What CoBuild means

The usual arrangement is that you describe what you want, somebody else builds it, and you end up owning a thing you cannot change. CoBuild is the other way round. Your people are on the keyboard throughout and I am next to them, which is slower and dearer on the first build and leaves you with something the other arrangement never does, namely people who can do the second one on their own.

It is not training in the sense of a syllabus, a course or a certificate, and it is not an agency delivering a project to a specification. What gets built is real work you needed anyway and chose yourself, and the learning happens because of that rather than alongside it.

Who I am

Joseph Edmonds. I have been building software and leading the people who build it since the mid-2000s, and I do three fairly distinct things.

Edmonds Commerce is the agency I own and lead, where a team delivers projects for clients. LTS Commerce is me contracting directly, as a fractional CTO or a senior developer, which is my own time sold by the day. LTS CoBuild is neither of those, because you are not buying a team's output and you are not buying my time to write your software.
